Service availability
FableFlight is a restricted development preview for approved adults and fictional test accounts. This page describes its operating limits; it does not check whether sign-in, saving or downloads are working right now.
Live availability is not monitored here
No live health check, incident feed or response-time commitment is currently provided. Being able to load this page does not confirm that the writing service is available.
If you are seeing an error, follow the steps below. You do not need to refresh this page repeatedly.
If something is not working
- Protect unsaved writing. Keep the editor tab open. In the adult editor, use Download text to save the visible draft to your device. In a learner editor, copy unsaved words somewhere safe.
- For an unconfirmed save, retry the same change. A temporary error does not prove the save failed. Avoid reloading or signing out before protecting your draft.
- For a sign-in error, wait briefly and try again. If it persists, report it rather than repeatedly submitting passwords or codes.
- Report the problem privately to support@fableflight.com. Include the action, approximate time, browser/device and any diagnostic ID. Never include passwords, recovery codes, private stories or learner information.
Preview operating window
Development access is authorized until . This is an operating deadline, not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability before then.
Automatic support-email forwarding and private request forms stop at the development deadline. After that time, email delivery to the operator is not confirmed. Data preservation does not keep these services open. Operator contact details include a postal address and telephone number. Check the preview operating window.
Data preservation is authorized through . Further retention or deletion requires an owner decision. This preview is not a production backup service; keep your own copies.
Real child/school use and live payments remain disabled. Stripe checkout uses a sandbox.
